GENERAL QUESTIONS
Q: What are the Peoples Luv Choice Awards?
A: The Peoples Luv Choice Awards is an annual celebration that honors excellence in Black independent film, recognizing actors, filmmakers, and creators who inspire and impact the community.
Q: When and where will the event take place?
A: The awards will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Studio House Atlanta. Red carpet begins at 5:00 PM, and the award show starts promptly at 6:30 PM.
Q: Who can attend?
A: Anyone who loves independent film is welcome! We invite filmmakers, actors, media, industry professionals, and supporters to join the celebration.
TICKETS
Q: How can I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets are available online through our official website. VIP and General Admission options are offered, but seating is limited.
Q: Are early bird tickets available?
A: Yes! Early bird tickets go on sale September 10, 2025, and will be available until they sell out.
Q: Will tickets be sold at the door?
A: Tickets will NOT be sold at the door, we strongly recommend purchasing in advance to secure your spot.
Q: Do nominees/honorees receive additional tickets?
A: Nominees/honorees receive their official entry as part of their recognition. However, additional tickets for family,
friends, or guests must be purchased separately.
Participation & Opportunities
Q: How can I volunteer for the event?
A: Volunteer applications are available on our website. Opportunities include ushering, LUV Lounge and red carpet support.
Q: How can I sponsor the awards?
A: We offer several sponsorship packages with unique benefits. Visit the Sponsorship Opportunities page or contact the team for unique sponsorship opportunities.
Q: I’m a member of the media. How can I cover the event?
A: Please complete the media registration form on our website.
EVENT DETAILS
Q: What is the dress code?
A: This is a red-carpet event. Guests are encouraged to dress in formal or semi-formal attire.
Q: Will food and drinks be available?
A: Yes! Beverages and light biteswill be available for purchase.
Q: Can I bring my children?
A: The event is family-friendly, but we recommend ages 12+ due to the length of the program.
NOMINATIONS & VOTING
Q: How do nominations work?
A: Nominations open on October 1, 2025, and close on October 21, 2025. Categories and nomination details can be found here. PLEASE read each category in detail.
Q: Who can vote?
A: Voting is open to the public! Once nominations are finalized, the voting period runs from October 24 – November 5, 2025.
Q: Is there a fee to nominate or vote?
A: No, nominations and voting are completely free in the U.S. Ghanaian nominees have a fee that's determined by the Ghanaian team.

Q: Is the venue accessible?
A: Yes, Studio House Atlanta is ADA accessible.

A: The show will not be LIVE streamed at this time. It will be aired at a later date.
